Egregore: from a Greek word meaning "watcher." A thought-form created by will and visualization. A group egregore is the distinctive energy of a specific group of magicians who are working together, creating and building the same thought-form or energy-form.

But there are those outside of egregores...who focus on the task at hand and not the glamour of their relationship with other people.  There are those who patiently work through the Task of their Grades and move forward before indulging in the glamour of things beyond their Grade.
